What is included in the prices
The prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, water, heating and bed linen. Logs for the wood burning stove in La Chaumière are also included in the prices. There are no hidden extras for you to pay.
We have a limited number of cots and high chairs. Should you require either or both of them please make sure that you reserve them in advance.
We do not provide bathroom or kitchen towels so please make sure that you bring these with you. Also we do NOT provide bedding for the cots so do bring this with you.
Arrival and Departure Times
Our arrival time is from 1600 hours onwards and the departure time is by 1000 hours.
These times are flexible by arrangement in advance with us.
Changeover Days
The Changeover Days are fixed for the period of mid May to mid September ONLY.
Outside of this period Changeover Days are according to when YOU WANT to start your holiday.
FRIDAY - Changeover day for La Chaumière.
SATURDAY - Changeover day for L’Ecurie, La Bergerie and Le Pressoir.

Off Season Holidays
During the off season period long and short breaks are available. Please telephone or e-mail us for further information.
Bookings and Payments
To make a booking either telephone us on +33 (0) 2 97 27 23 16 or you can e-mail us at kercottages@yahoo.co.uk check availability first. Your reservation will be held for seven days pending receipt of your deposit cheque and your completed booking form. A deposit of twenty percent is required to secure your holiday. Once availability has been confirmed with us please print out our booking form, fill this in and send it to us with your deposit cheque. On receipt of your deposit cheque and completed booking form we shall confirm your booking in writing.
If you prefer to pay by direct bank transfer please contact me for further details.
The balance payment is due eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday. We shall confirm in writing that your balance payment has been received and at the same time we will send you a map and details of how to find us at Kercottages.
Security Deposit
We ask for a security deposit of £100 for each cottage. This is payable as a separate cheque at the same time that the balance is paid. The security deposit is required to cover any breakages or if the property is left in an unacceptable condition. We ask guests to leave the property clean and as found. The security deposit is cashed two weeks prior to your arrival and will be returned to you less any deductions two weeks after your holiday.
Pets
Pets are allowed at Kercottages.
